Medical Scribe Readiness Assessment

The medical scribe readiness assessment will measure your knowledge in the areas of Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Labs, Disease Processes, and HIPAA & HITECH. The foundational elements needed by today’s high-performing medical scribes. This assessment is used to guide you to the proper level of medical scribe training.

  • Medical Scribe Professional
    • This comprehensive program includes training in Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology before training you on How to Scribe.
  • Medical Scribe for Practicing Allied Health Professionals (AHPs)
    • This expedited program starts from the vantage point each candidate is already well versed in Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology and trains you on How to Scribe.

Students who score:

  • 80 or higher on the assessment qualify for enrollment in our Medical Scribe Training for AHPs program.
  • Below 60 qualify for enrollment in our Medical Scribe Professional program.
  • Between 60 and 80 will have their assessments reviewed by an Admissions Coordinator to determine which program is best.

You will be automatically notified via email of your score upon completion of the assessment.
